• Pathway Assessment and related diagnostic tools

3. Membership Plans and Pricing

3.1 Free Membership

We offer a free membership tier that provides limited access to our tools and resources.

3.2 PATH Member (Paid Subscription)

• Price: $49.00 per year
• Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your initial purchase
• Automatic Renewal: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED $49.00 ANNUALLY UNTIL YOU CANCEL

3.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

4.1 Automatic Renewal Terms

By purchasing a PATH Member subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period
• Your payment method on file will be charged the then-current subscription rate
• Automatic renewals will continue until you cancel

4.2 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account at thepathproject.com/my-path/
• Navigating to your account settings
• Clicking “Cancel Subscription”

4.3 Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for renewal charges
• To avoid renewal charges, please cancel before your renewal date

6. User Accounts

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PATH PROJECT PROVIDES CAREER DEVELOPMENT TOOLS AND RESOURCES FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our assessments and tools are not professional career counseling, therapy or employment services. For professional advice, please consult qualified professionals.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PATH PROJECT, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
